Advice for registration, migration and resetting your password

To enhance security, your MembersWorld username must be a unique email address that you can access during registration, migration or password reset. Additionally, password requirements have been strengthened.

  • Double check that you have entered the verification code exactly as it shows in your email. Copy and paste it if you can, making sure there are no hidden spaces at the beginning or end.
  • If you have tried this several times, click Request new code on MembersWorld.
  • Please remember that verification codes expire within 5 minutes of being requested, but you can request a new one as above.
You aren’t receiving the verification code emails.
  • Ensure the email address you have entered is spelt correctly.
  • Check your junk / spam folder.

Please make sure the passwords match.
  • Please check that you’ve entered your passwords identically, including capitalisation.
  • Make sure there are no ‘hidden’ spaces at the end.
Please check that all fields are complete.
  • Please ensure that both password fields are filled out.

How to verify your email address

During registration, migration or password reset, you will be asked to provide a unique email address to act as your MembersWorld username. To verify that the email address you have provided is yours, we will send you an email containing a verification code. Enter this 6-digit code into MembersWorld to proceed.

Please note:

  • The code will expire if you do not enter it within 5 minutes of requesting it.
  • If it does expire, you can return to MembersWorld and click ‘Send new code’.
  • If you request a new verification code, previous codes will not work.
  • If you aren’t receiving the verification code emails, make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your junk / spam folder.

How to create a secure password

When you are providing your password during registration, migration or password reset, please ensure that it meets the stated requirements. Your MembersWorld password must be a minimum of 8 characters (with no spaces) and at least:

  • One uppercase (capital) letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character ([ ] { } | : ' , .=? / ` " @ & # % !)

Please take care to enter it exactly the same both times you are prompted to, noting that it is case sensitive.
